1 Introduction and Acceptance

This document forms the legal agreement between the six8s platform (https://six8s.bar) and its users. By accessing our website, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

six8s reserves the right to modify or update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any significant changes.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Age Requirement

To register on six8s and use any of our services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account or playing games is strictly prohibited for anyone below this age limit. six8s may request identity documents or relevant paperwork at any time to verify your age.

Single Account

Each individual may open and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is considered a violation of platform rules, and the accounts involved may be closed immediately. six8s reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in such accounts.

Other Eligibility Conditions

You are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
You are not prohibited from gambling by any court order.
Using online gaming services is lawful for you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You have not enrolled in or voluntarily excluded yourself from a responsible gaming program.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration Process

To open an account, you must provide accurate personal information. As part of the verification process, six8s may request copies of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of your balance.

Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. You should not share your password or login information with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Grounds for Account Closure

six8s may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Failure to complete account verification.
Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

six8s currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers through major commercial banks in Bangladesh such as Dutch-Bangla, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank. You must use a payment method that matches the identity registered on your account.

Limits & Timeframes

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Important Payment Rules

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Depositing from or withdrawing to third-party accounts is not permitted.
Cryptocurrency or any other digital currency is not accepted.
Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations is mandatory.
Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be made.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳10,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳18,000 (due to the maximum cap).

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; unused bonuses are cancelled once expired.
If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active without completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be forfeited.
It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
The VIP cashback program is subject to its own separate terms.

6 Gameplay & Fair Play Policy

Ensuring Fair Play

All games on six8s are operated by impartial, technically verified algorithms. The use of bots, automated software, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. If a game result is affected by a technical error, six8s will investigate and make the appropriate decision.

Game Cancellation & Dispute Resolution

If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical issue, six8s may decide to refund the bet or restart the game under defined circumstances. In the event of a dispute, six8s server logs will serve as the definitive evidence.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and accounts will be closed immediately upon detection:

Playing games using any computer software or automation tools.
Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
Fraudulent collusion with other players.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform unfairly.
Artificially inflating bets or transactions in an attempt to meet wagering requirements.

7 VIP Program & Sports Betting

VIP Cashback Program

six8s has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on a player's activity and participation on the platform. six8s reserves the right to modify the VIP cashback terms.

Sports Betting Rules

To participate in sports betting, you need to have knowledge of the rules of the relevant event. Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. If an event is abandoned or postponed, separate rules will apply to the handling of bets, and in such cases the bet amount is generally refunded.

8 Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

Intellectual Property

All content on the six8s platform — logos, designs, game interfaces, text, graphics — is covered by six8s intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited. Assets belonging to game provider companies (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe) are also protected under their respective companies' intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

six8s will not be held liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or issues with your device. The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from gambling through the platform. We are firmly committed to responsible gaming.

9 Data Protection & Privacy

six8s uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. How the information you provide is collected, used, and stored is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. The privacy policy is considered an integral part of these terms and conditions. 10 Responsible Gaming & Setting Limits

Self-Exclusion

You can contact our support team at any time to set a temporary or permanent break on your account. While self-exclusion is active, it will not be possible to log in to the account or place new bets. This feature is provided for the wellbeing and safety of the user.

Deposit Limits

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it will not be possible to deposit more than the specified amount during that period. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it may be subject to a waiting period.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force. Any waiver of a provision of this agreement requires the written consent of six8s.
